AM Business Connection (ABC)

Friday morning from 7:30 ’til 9:00AM, Chamber members gather at a different host business location for a business networking event. This event is free and a continental breakfast is provided by the host business. Great for networking, great for business. You can see where coming ABCs are scheduled by clicking on the calendar, month at a glance. Registration isn’t needed for ABC.

AM Business Connection Exchange (BCE)

One Friday morning a month from 7:30 ’til 9:00AM, Chamber members gather at a host business location for a speed networking roundtable event. Members are randomly assigned tables and for several minutes each person at the table gets an opportunity to tell their business story to the others. Tables are then switched and you tell your business story to six or seven others. This event is free and a continental breakfast is provided by the host business. Business After Hours (BAH)

A monthly opportunity to enjoy your Chamber friends and make new ones. This is an evening to interact and build contacts for your business. In addition to networking you’ll enjoy snacks and adult beverages, and perhaps win a raffle prize or two. BAH are held (generally) the second Thursday of each month form 5 to 7 pm at a different member business. You can see where coming BAH’s are scheduled by clicking on the calendar, month at a glance. Registration isn’t needed for BAH.

There are a number of business showcase events through the year, both at morning connection activities and at Business After Hours. Additionally there are opportunities at some of our workshops.

Networking

There are many, hundreds actually, opportunities for networking in a variety of ways and with a variety of people in the North Clackamas County Chamber.

While some events, like ABC or BAH are more networking than others, there are also events like luncheons, issues breakfasts, workshops and assisting on a Chamber team, all of which provide networking opportunities. Be sure to check the calendar to see how you can network today!

Business Forum Luncheons (Forums)

The Chamber hosts, and members sponsor, six major luncheons throughout the year for both learning and networking. A wide range of topics are covered. The series is well attended by a wide variety of Chamber member, from small business to multi-national level executives. Check the calendar, for the next Forum and make plans to attend. Registration and payment are required in advance.

Issues Breakfasts or Luncheons (Issues)

From time to time Your Chambers hosts, and members sponsor, Eggs ‘N Issues Breakfasts and Issues Luncheons. These special events usually focus on either candidates’ presentations to the public, legislative issues or hearing from high ranking elected officials.
